PulseWave is a state-of-the-art radial shockwave therapy machine. It’s used in Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) or Acoustic Wave Therapy, a procedure that works by using the body’s intrinsic repair mechanisms to repair body tissue. The system utilizes kinetic and acoustic wave therapy, resulting in transient cellular membrane permeability. The exchange of substances between cells is thus improved. The treatment with shockwave therapy increases blood flow in all tissue layers, including the connective tissue, through vasodilation, angiogenesis, and neovascularization.
The PulseWave MiniWave™ is an acoustic wave therapy device that uses the body’s intrinsic repair mechanisms to repair body tissue. The system utilizes the power of kinetic and acoustic waves, resulting in transient cellular membrane permeability. The exchange of substances between cells is thus improved. The acoustic wave therapy treatment increases blood flow in all tissue layers, including the connective tissue, through vasodilation, angiogenesis, and neovascularization.
Frequency ranges from 1Hz to 22Hz, in 1Hz intervals, adjustable during the treatment regimen depending on how the user tolerates the frequency levels.
Each handpiece is designed to achieve 1 million pulses. An extra ballistic billet is supplied with each unit and can be replaced by the system owner. With proper maintenance, you can attain double the amount of usage.
Multiple custom-designed transmitters constructed of high-quality alloy allow better control of the active acoustic signal. Sizes range from 6mm focused to 36mm dispersed, allowing for an increased range of indications.
Dual-channel output: The radial shock wave device’s cooling is thermostatically controlled and automatically engages when needed for self-protection. The system can operate for several hours at a time.

Features of Shockwave Therapy Machine - PulseWave
The radial shock wave device features a touch screen and two quick set knobs that allow you to fast tune the acoustic wave therapy frequency and energy. The energy settings range from 10mJ to 190mJ, at 10mJ intervals for accurate increments of treatment to be distributed, and the frequency settings range from 1Hz to 22Hz, at 1Hz intervals that make adjusting frequency a simple task during a procedure. The ballistic bullet included is optimized for longevity, carrying at least two million shots per handpiece and supporting over six thousand simultaneous shots before it shifts into a self-protection mode to prevent overheating. It comes with five different heads depending on the indication being treated.
Additionally, the system includes five rich transmitters made with high-grade alloy, a dual channel output for handpieces and 45 treatment protocols built into the system with customizable settings and comprehensive instructions that any user can easily master. The software that helps run the system allows you to change shot numbers during a procedure and shift channel parameter, three burst modes, and profile management that keeps track of your patients based on the information they provide you. If a patient’s pain level during the procedure is intolerable, the operator may adjust the preset parameters to accommodate the patient.
For new operators, a step by step wizard is available and is easy to use. For experienced operators, fast mode is provided to begin the treatment menu immediately.
- 45 Built-in treatment protocols
- Wizard style menus; new or experienced operator can easily master.
- Vivid pictures show possible trigger points
- Recommended parameters – System will guide user to set the correct protocols.
- Customized settings – Save your own settings and rename them
- Target shot counter can be revised at any time – Increase or decrease shot numbers at any time during treatment.
- Burst mode supported – 3 Burst modes and continuous mode.
- 2 isolated channel interface – Change parameter for each channel separately
- Customer profile management – Track each patients’ information by name, age, etc., accumulated treatment history and protocols used
